Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and measurement of safety performance of both employees and contractors on site.
2. Plan/implement regular safety inspection and internal audit, review/analyze the findings and then support the relevant departments to develop/implement the corrective action plans appropriately, coordinate the closure status accordingly;
3. Provide Safety technical support to all employees as needed and manage the contractors from EHS perspective.
4. Provide support to the new project EHS review and management, such as MOC/PSSR, EHS pre-evaluation, etc.
5. Coordinate varies of safety programsinitiated by corporate to continuous improve the plant EHS performance, e.g.: Accountability Matrix Inspection, Fire Prevention Checklist, PSM, etc.
6. Assist onEHS contact to the external parties such as regular meeting with the local government agencies, safety permits application, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/safety engineering, Environmental Science/chemistry, or equivalent;
2. Good Command of English, both written and oral;
3. Good communication and presentation skills;
4. Strong motivation to develop in EHS field.
